Presence and reputation management on the web, including social networks.
Have got visibility on the web with a site, and/or social networks is different than manage presence and reputation. Community Management is a skill who is asked for society services and events. We can often find Community Managers in web and there are in video games industry too. For online games, Game Masters are often Community Managers too for all tasks with players (game moderation, on forums, on Facebook pages, events, contests, crisis,…). This Game Masters maybe can be testers too.
So make a formation in this domain was a normal continuity with my skills in webdesign and video games.
